MULTATECH was selected for the reconstruction of Clover Lane from Birchman Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard. This project also included reconstruction of West Will Rogers Road from Lancaster to Camp Bowie.
Clover Lane is an existing residential street that serves as a critical connector for the neighborhood. There are two schools located along this route. Careful coordination of construction schedules to accommodate pedestrian, vehicular, and bus access during school hours was essential. In addition to the reconstruction of Clover Lane, MULTATECH replaced 3,500 LF of existing 12-inch, and 1,600 LF of 8-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer.

The City Stormwater Division added the rerouting of an adjacent storm drain line after video inspection showed it was failing. This was completed on schedule with the original project, and added over 900 LF of 30-inch RCP to the project.
