MULTATECH was selected for the reconstruction and widening of approximately 2,400 linear feet of Lindsay Lane from a 2-lane asphalt rural section with roadside drainage to a full concrete urban section with an enclosed storm sewer system, all within existing right of way.

As part of the City’s neighborhood safety improvement plan for a residential neighborhood with families and children, sidewalks were added to both sides of the street. The City also took this opportunity to replace and upgrade the aging public utilities infrastructure, replacing both water and wastewater lines.

Project Highlights:

  • Roadway widening from 20 to 31 feet
  • Elimination of intersection offset
  • Roadway ditches to an enclosed storm system
  • 1,450 linear feet of water replacement
  • 900 linear feet of wastewater replacement
  • Sidewalk retaining walls and driveway replacements
  • Utility coordination
