MULTATECH provided design and construction management services for the BNSF’s DTL Truck Unload/Load-out Facility in Alliance, Nebraska.

We began the project by conducting a complete field survey and site visit with the BNSF personnel to determine the scope of work. The project required constructing a diesel fuel truck unloading platform with a 105 foot by 62 feet concrete containment platform with three load/unload lanes. A requirement of the design and construction timeline was that the existing unloading system had to remain in service during the construction of the new platform. The scope included new metering and spill containment design.

Along with the design, we provided full-time resident construction inspection services, contract management and testing/quality control.
