MULTATECH is providing project management and complete and full architectural design, structural engineering, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for a new, ground-up 150 acre, nearly 260,000 square foot facility, Field Camp for a leading energy services client in San Antonio, Texas. Upon completion, this will be the client’s largest oil services field camp to be constructed to date. The facility will provide all of the required services to maintain equipment used in oil well exploration.

The site challenges have includes a deep ravine, a natural gas distribution line, and an easement dividing the site into two areas. Site planning took into account the vast amount of heavy, constantly moving vehicles and the need to create a safe working environment. The campus includes numerous facilities for different types of oil exploration services required, parking for approximately large trucks, and staff and company vehicles. Facilities include: administration, truck wash, laboratory, and maintenance buildings, and plant and storage structures.
