MULTATECH provided full architectural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for a new 34,400 square foot Champion Honda dealership located on South Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi, Texas. The dealership design includes an 18,000 square foot service/repair bays and 16,400 square foot of dedicated area with a vehicle showroom, parts sales and storage, associated offices and other support spaces. Being in a coastal location, the building was designed to comply with local hurricane regulations.  Civil engineering was provided by Big Red Dog.
