MULTATECH is providing architectural services for Corner Bakery Cafes in Texas and Georgia, recently aiding Corner Bakery with market feasibility studies in McAllen, Austin and Round Rock, Texas, as well as Norcross, Georgia. We were awarded a project to create plans for a new prototypical restaurant. The prototype has been created and is currently being maintained by MULTATECH. We also completed a second prototype based on the MULTATECH design at the Arboretum location in Austin, Texas.

The new Corner Bakery Cafe at Preston Center in Dallas was the first to receive MULTATECH provided architectural and engineering services. A tenant finish-out of 4,071 square feet of interior space and 646 square feet patio/outdoor dining space, our greatest challenge presented with the opportunity was an incredibly short timeframe to complete the project. Corner Bakery was relocating to a new location because the current site was to be demolished to build a new city library. With a specific vacate date established and financial incentives from the new landlord to open the new restaurant by a set date, MULTATECH completed all services on a fast-track. The new Corner Bakery Cafe location opened exactly when planned.
