MULTATECH provided architectural and engineering design services for a new Audi Peoria, 8,292 square foot, showroom and 17,863 square foot service building, with 6,017 square feet of second floor offices and a parts storage area.  Our services included planning strategies directly with AutoNation, including: maximizing vehicle display visibility from major thoroughfares; maximize off-site visibility to showroom; screening views to the service garage and carrier staging; simplifying vehicular circulation patterns; minimizing site maintenance practices; and balancing earthwork cut and fill.  The Scope of Work also involved attending Manufacturer Consultation meetings, touring the project site and building, performing preliminary due diligence and generating a preliminary floor plan with elevations for approval by AutoNation and the Manufacturer.

MULTATECH worked with AutoNation based on a multiple phase approach. During Phase I, an ALTA/ACSM survey and Topographic survey, including legal description for sidewalk easements and utility easements, was performed. Phase II was a Due Diligence Report and Preliminary Site Planning.  The final phase, Phase III, was the Final Site Planning and Construction Documents. MULTATECH also provided construction administration services.
