For over 12 years, MULTATECH provided MEP services for Texas Christian University. We designed multiple new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, electrical and controls for various spaces including administrative office renovations, locker room renovations and central plant modifications. Below is only a brief list of the projects completed for TCU.
Secrest-Wible Complete Building Renovation. Provided HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing and electrical design for a 14,000 square feet building renovation.
Mary Counts Burnett Library. Provided services for a study and design of an 149,700 square feet, historically sensitive facility with HVAC renovations, to eliminate damaging indoor air quality and mold conditions. Design included state of the art, outside air humidification and dehumidification systems.
J.M. Moudy Visual Arts and Communications Building. Provided mechanical engineering for HVAC renovations to upgrade the 10,000 square feet facility, which included a welding shop, to meet code compliance.
J. M. Moudy Building. Provided HVAC and electrical engineering design for renovation of Dean’s Suite, Computer Lab and Reading Room renovations.
Men’s Varsity Basketball Locker Room Renovation. Provided mechanical engineering for a 4,000 square feet renovation.
Sid Richardson Physical Science Building Renovation. Provided electrical engineering services for the electrical infrastructure renovation of an 149,000 square feet building. Reshoring team analyzed existing building for compliance with current building code issues relating to HVAC systems, and Means of Egress and Life Safety.
Sid Richardson Administration Office. Provided services for HVAC and electrical modifications.
Dan Rogers Hall Renovation. Provided lighting and electrical design for a renovated 2,000 square feet lecture hall. Design included dimmable fluorescent lights with lectern controls.
Winton-Scott Building Renovation. Investigated and designed power distribution systems for the building and renovated laboratories, including new fume hoods and HVAC.
Sadler Building. Designed HVAC, restroom plumbing and electrical for building renovation.
