MULTATECH provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for the approximately 120,000 square foot, three-story addition to the Tarrant County College Southeast Campus.  The new, stand-alone laboratory building includes lecture halls, science labs, computer labs facility offices and student gathering areas.  The project was certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).  The MEP sustainable features included building management controls for energy optimization, lighting controls for reduced lighting power, CO2 monitoring for outside air reduction, and low flow plumbing fixtures, branch tail piece trap primers and sensor operated flush valves.
