Steven has over 20 years of experience and has worked with governmental retail agencies such as DeCA, AAFES and NEXCOM designing Commissaries, Exchanges and Commissary/Exchange combination retail malls for Military bases via Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build. These projects ranged in size from 50,000 to 600,000 square feet of retail space costing up to $80 million. Other types of work include Veterans Cemeteries and facilities for municipalities such as City Fire Stations, County Annexes and the Historic Restoration of Texas County Courthouses in conjunction with Texas Historical Commission funding grants. Many of the projects Steven has managed incorporated LEED certifications.
Prior to joining MULTATECH, Steven was an Architect at Komatsu, where his responsibilities included managing project teams, technical documentation, consultant coordination, client relations, project budgets and architectural fees for large scale government and commercial projects. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology. He is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Design + Construction, by the U.S. Green Building Council.
